Getting startedHow do I get started?
Download EasyWave from Google Play, open the app and follow the setup steps. Allow location access to discover communities and businesses around you.
Get EasyWaveLocation permissionsWhy does EasyWave need my location?
EasyWave uses your location to find relevant communities and businesses within approximately 10 km. You don’t need to choose a town or neighbourhood manually. If you previously declined access, open your Android settings, find EasyWave under Apps, then check Permissions → Location. Menu names can vary by phone.
Finding nearby groupsHow do I find my local community?
Open EasyWave and allow location access. Explore the groups shown around your current area, find one that interests you and join the conversation. What you see depends on the groups available near you.
Finding businessesWhich businesses can I discover?
Explore nearby restaurants, shops, trades and local services. EasyWave shows businesses around your location, so the selection depends on where you are and which businesses have joined.
Managing a groupWho manages community groups?
Group owners and administrators manage participation and content. Depending on the group, posts may be open to members, administrator-only or require approval. Each community can choose what works for its space.
Business profilesHow can EasyWave help my business?
A business profile helps people nearby discover what you offer. You can showcase business details, products and services, location, contact information, specials and events. Download the Android app to get started.
Account helpWhere can I get help with my account?
Email our support team with a short description of the issue and the email address associated with your account. Never send your password or verification codes.
Contact supportReporting contentHow do I raise a concern about content?
Contact the group’s administrators about a community discussion, or email EasyWave support with details of the content and where you found it. Include a screenshot if it helps explain the concern.
